quality and value of every product we deliver or direct through
members of the interflora network. Each Interflora arrangement
delivered by its members is created by a professional Interflora
florist.
Delivery will be made on the date requested and every effort will be
made to meet requests as to preferred times, but only funeral
deliveries can be specific with regard to time.
Complaints must be made within 48 hours of delivery to the
Interflora florist who delivered the order.
Special delivery conditions apply to hospitals, hotels, ships,
airports, funeral parlours, crematoria and cemeteries.
Daisy Maisy Flowers will deliver flowers and gifts to anywhere in
the Townsville area free. For deliveries throughout Australia
or the world then a $10.00 delivery fee will apply. Naturally, our
delivery service is affected by local conditions. Delivery is
usually available within 24 hours, but occasionally may be longer,
depending on time zones and local conditions.
Some areas in some countries (including Australia) are classified as
restricted delivery areas. Deliveries to these locations may take
up to 48 hours.
Delivery may be possible, but limited on Saturdays, Sundays and

Quality and Substitution

Flowers reserve the right to make appropriate substitution with the
best flowers available locally, whilst maintaining the full value of
your order.
- There shall be no substitution in type of arrangement; that
is, no change in the size or shape.
- In arrangements of mixed flowers, the colours shown in this
Internet catalogue shall be used if at all possible, even if this
means substituting flowers of equal value.
- When substitution is necessary, the utmost care shall be taken
to maintain the overall effect of the arrangement illustrated. For
example, spiked flowers should be substituted for spikes and round
flowers for round.
- In arrangements of all one kind of flowers, such as roses, the
variety is of first importance, preceding colour in this instance
only.
Containers, Gifts & Accessories
Where possible, Daisy Maisy Flowers will supply the containers,
gifts and accessories shown. However, should these not be available,
then alternatives of similar style and value will be submitted.
Price & Value
The designs featured in this internet catalogue represent the
Standard value size of the arrangement. When you choose the Premium
value size your arrangement will be increased in size and/or flower
or container value.
