Best is to order atleast a day before the special moment. However for last minute thoughts & surprises, same day delivery within Australia from Mon to Sat is possible provided that the order is placed before 2pm in the recipient’s time zone. Same day delivery within Australia on Sat is possible provided that the order is placed before 10am in the recipients time zone. We will make every effort possible to realistically put in place any changes to your order, as long as the order has not yet been dispatched for delivery or delivered. Should you have any changes to your order, please call us on   07-4728 6868   and please ensure that you have your order details handy.

We usually take deliveries on the basis of before 2 pm or after 2 pm. However we do understand the specific time sensitive nature,when it comes to schools, businesses and sympathy service times. We will do our best to meet your delivery requirements. Please let us know of your preference in special instructions when ordering online or over the phone.  Please note that sometimes weather, short notice and location can make your request not possible but we will make every effort to make you happy with timely delivery.

In the unlikely event this happens please be assured that DMF will do our best to make you happy.  We will  pick up and redeliver another arrangement if you notify us upon receiving the flowers. DMF will ensure your satisfaction to the best of our ability. If the recipient keeps the flowers delivered and we are not asked to pick up and redeliver another arrangement, we will not issue a refund.

If no one is available to receive the arrangement, we will sometimes leave the arrangement at the door or we may have to contact the recipient to let them know of the delivery attempt and to see when the best time of delivery would be. If we do not hear back from the recipient, we will automatically schedule the redelivery the following day or contact you for further instructions.
